After hearing of Flutter Flow at the Fluttercon Berlin and Flutteristas monthly catchup I started learning about it and think it is a great tool with an extensive range of options to develop a project.

I like the ease of using UI elements, the structure and integration with Firebase, providing a unified approach for app development and instant clearer understanding for onboarding or passing on to new developers. Ideal to have the flexibility to go to code level or export code if need be.

So when assessing a project I will definitly start considering Flutter Flow too.
